Truck Brokerage

We intermediate between proprietors and trucking companies (owners of trucks) with the goal of
coordinating the transportation of goods efficiently and effectively. Our role involves securing
haulage contracts from proprietors and bridging the funding gap for trucking companies to
execute deliveries.

Our Workflow

1. Sign-up Truckers & Warehouses: Onboarding transporters and extensively building a
network of reliable trucking partners engenders the key requirement for our business –
on-time asset supply and reliable storage. We are keen on selecting truckers with a good
track record and engaging with warehouse owners that share in our vision of safety,
security and efficiency. Prerequisites include necessary equipment, licenses, insurance,
and a strong commitment to timely delivery.
2. Negotiate Contract Terms: We work out the terms and conditions of our agreement with
truck and warehouse owners by agreeing on haulage rates, payment terms, and the
scope of services they will provide for our proprietors.
3. Secure Contracts with Proprietors: A solid agreement is reached with dozens of
proprietors (shippers) who require storage and transportation services for their goods.
Our contract includes signing off on delivery rates and service levels based on their
shipping needs.
4. Arrange Shipments: Here is where we coordinate with our network of trucking partners to
find the best asset match for each delivery based on factors such as the type of goods,
distance, and delivery timeline. Typically, this only happens after receiving information
about the proprietor’s shipments.
